Advantages:
1. Accurate, safe, and energy-efficient
The radar level gauge can be measured both in a vacuum and under pressure and is accurate, safe, and highly reliable. Due to the characteristics of electromagnetic waves, they can be unrestricted and unaffected by the environment, making them suitable for various occasions. The probe of the radar level gauge has no contact with the surface of the medium, making it a non-contact measurement that can continuously, accurately, and quickly measure different media. The probe of the radar level gauge is almost unaffected by temperature, pressure, gas, etc. (the impact is only 0.018% at 500 ℃ and 0.8% at 50bar). The material used in the radar level gauge has stable chemical and mechanical properties, and the material can be recycled, making it highly environmentally friendly.
2. It has a suppression function for interference echoes
The interference echoes caused by the joints within the beam range, as well as the interference echoes caused by the noise of the feeding or discharging, can be automatically suppressed by the internal fuzzy logic control.
3. Easy maintenance and easy operation
The radar level gauge has fault alarm and self-diagnosis functions, which can analyze faults based on the error codes prompted by the operation display module, timely identify and eliminate faults, making maintenance and correction more convenient and accurate, and ensuring the normal operation of the instrument.
4. Strong reliability, no need for maintenance
Microwave is not directly in contact with the measuring medium and is almost undisturbed in various measurement occasions such as vacuum measurement, liquid level measurement, or material level measurement. Due to the use of advanced materials, they can be used under extremely complex chemical and physical conditions, providing accurate, reliable, and long-term stable analog or digital level signals.
5. Wide application range, capable of measuring almost all media
The application range of radar level gauges is very wide, and from the measured medium, they can measure liquids, particles, slurries, etc. From the shape of the tank body, the radar level gauge can measure the liquid level of spherical tanks, horizontal tanks, cylindrical tanks, cylindrical cone tanks, etc. From the perspective of tank function, it is possible to measure the liquid level in storage tanks, buffer tanks, microwave tubes, and bypass pipes.
