If gas is mixed in the measured liquid medium, it can also cause measurement errors.

Good repeatability: When we measure fluids, some of them are viscous or have high chemical corrosion components, so they can have a certain impact on the item, and they are directly discarded after one-time use. However, the oval gear flow meter adopts a reasonable design in its design, which has strong antioxidant or anti-corrosion performance. After using internal fluid media, it will not affect the next use.

3. Wide application range: The oval gear flow meter has a wide measuring range, with a large diameter of up to 1:20 and a small diameter of 1:10. Features:

  • Flow measurement has nothing to do with the flow state of the fluid, because the oval gear flow meter relies on the pressure head of the measured medium to drive the oval gear to rotate for measurement.

  •  The higher the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the leakage from the gear and the metering space. Therefore, the higher the viscosity of the measured medium, the smaller the leakage error, which is more beneficial to the measurement.

  • The oval gear flowmeter has high measurement accuracy and is suitable for measuring the flow of high-viscosity media, but it is not suitable for fluids containing solid particles (solid particles will block the gears, making it impossible to measure the flow). If there is gas mixed in the measured liquid medium, it will also cause measurement errors.
